fire fox trouble

running windows xp professional accidently took fire fox off trying to put back on but it tells me that my security setting are stopping it have tried to turn firewall off and it will not turn off any help would be appricated

It could be that your internet security settings are set to block downloads? You can fix that problem with these instructions:
