I am running eset online scanner right now and boy is it finding some stuff. Much of it MBAM has already removed.

I think I will have to run Rkill next.  All of this just to be shure I get a clean uninstall of MBAM and a reinstall of pro. lol

Better safe than sorry.  One thing of note for no more stuff than I have on this PC I shure have a lot of files.

2hrs 45 min and I am only 50 % lol

ESET Online Scanner is one of longest scan. Also, what's the point of running RKill after? RKill is supposed to be ran before you ran malware removal scans, in case a malicious process prevents you from launching them.

My bad. I assumed since the online scanner is not installed on my PC it would make no difference.  Besides I have been advised by others to run it before trying to reinstall Malwarebytes because some stuff can keep/disable parts of Malwarebytes from running/working properly.

By the way I had a hard time getting Rkill off of bleeping computer.  First time I have ever encountered an issue. Neither Waterfox or Firefox would let me d/l it. Used all 3 dl links.buttons.  However I had no trouble useing IE 11 to get it.

Well, if there's still some stuff that prevents Malwarebytes to be installed, it means that you are still infected. In that case, it would be a good idea to head in the "Am I Infected? What do I do?" section, post the logs you have and seek assistance there.

It may be detecting items that were placed in quarantine.

You were correct  I deleted the quarantine files and the logs files and re-ran eset on-line scan, it found nothing this time..

Yup just waiting on Wed. for my disability check.  I want to buy the pro version of the suit and the browser protection also. Forget its name at the moment. All other scans show I have no malware. I may know how to read logs, but I shure aint going to try fixing anythink on my own.
