You have Win XP Pro installed. Why do you want to access the installer ?  Is there some problem with your OS ?

Post back.

Thanks guys for the replies - I couldn't figure out where I got the error message but it just happened again.  I am trying to re-install Kaspersky 2016 but I get the error

Error 1719:  Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.  Verify that it is properly registered and enabled.  TIA!
