Note: all Apple start-up programs are enabled and running (iCloud Drive, iCloud Services, iTunesHelper) except QuickTime Task is disabled (because I very rarely use QuickTime.)

Any advice for eliminating the recurring Error?

Thanks.

You can safely uninstall the 'Bonjour' service. As far as I know its only use on a Windows machine is if you happen to use an Apple Air printer. You should be able to uninstall it through the Control Panel.

I am going to be away until about the 22nd October. Time on-line will be reduced and my internet access may be limited. PMs may not be replied to as quickly as normal !

I have bonjour on my win 10 also. I uninstall it and a day or so later it is back. I have nothing on here apple or Mac.  Have checked every file/folder on C and D and nothing. So why does it keep reinstalling itself?

If you have iTunes, removing Bonjour might cause problems. Besides, future iTunes updates will probably reinstall it.

Bonjour comes bundled up with many programs. Skype probably leaves Bonjour behind when being uninstalled.

The VLC player may also be installing it.

That may be it.  I rechecked my apps awhile ago and there was a Skype video player.  So I uninstalled it too.
