Or, try submitting a support case to the manufacturer of the program.
I found this while searching:
Go to Control Panel
System and Security ..
then Administrative Tools
then Local Security Policy
in Local Security Policy, expand the Local Policies (in the left side-bar) by clicking on the >
then select Security Options
Look for the key ... User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode
Right click on it and select "Properties", then set it to Disabled.
Click on Apply, then on OK to exit the dialog.
Then reboot the system for the changes to take effect
