Hi all, forgive me for my computer ignorance, but I have no clue why my netbook little computer cannot download anything.

Anything I try and download like my latest anti-virus software starts to download (yellow toolbar on bottom of screen) it starts indicating how much its downloading and time remaining then as it gets to the end it stops and says it wasn't able to download. So what can I do now? It must be a type of virus. Please help! Thank you so much.

Hi nasdaq, thank you for your help. Unfortunately, I cannot download the kink for the tool to run on my computer. That's the problem I'm having. Anything I try to download, the process suddenly stops, says unable to download. I've heard I can put Norton antivirus onto a thumb drive from a healthy computer then run it on my computer having the problem?

For the moment download the tools I suggested to a Thumb driver using a good computer.

Copy the files to the Desktop of the compromised computer and run them.

Post the logs for my review.
