Hi all! Sorry I ran here first instead of introducing myself... BUT... I need help :-(

 

UpdatusUser or NT AUTHORITY\USER MODE DRIVERS or even  S-1-5-92-3339056971-1291069075-3798698925-2882100687-0

 

Whatever its name actually is, it's slowly chewing away my admin rights on my own computer!! Also my baby is crashing hard, no start menu, action centre, edge, the list is growing. I have never had something so hard to root out of my OS before but this is Win10... Its better... haha anyways, Specs first:

 

TOSHIBA Satellite P50t-A Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ CPU@2.40GHz 8GB RAM

OS: Win10 Home 64-Bit  Build: 10.0.10586

 

I have attached the two .txt files from my first run of the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and this is reason two for the need of help.... I tried and tried but never having used a tool like this I thought I would seek a professional opinion. 

Thank you in advance for any help anyone can give... I dont like my toshie in pain

ARRGGHHH!!! FREE VERSION OF WINDOWS 10 HAS TURNED INTO A ROTTEN SCAM!!!

After trolling for hours to find a fix for my unwanted "infected user" I stumbled across a gut wrenching (and painful) joke! The attached log files here are a blow by blow description of my infections' handy work that has left my system in shambles!! (Found the logs in the hidden system files) And all it took was for me to get the UNBLOCKABLE update from windows!!

Anyway heres a list of just some my woes...

*Microsoft Account not recognised, can login but "Account" useless, and only one profile allowed according to new permissions.

*User "S-1-5-21-1657974648-362703328-307624360-1001" has ALL Permission/Admin rights and is disguised as: "Administrator" "Administrators" "Account Operators" "Authenticated Users" "Trusted Installer" "INTERACTIVE" "Domain Admins" "Domain Guests" "Domain Users" "Everyone" "Guests" "Guest" "Users" "User" "Local Service" "Network Service" "Remote Desktop Users" And many, many more even including my own  name, making attempting anything beyond staring impossible.

*Start Menu and Action Centre is "Access Denied".

*Windows Edge collapsed for no reason with an unknown error.

*Microsoft Store became currupt beyond repair taking the Mail App, Contacts, Calender, Messaging/Skype and Facebook with it.

*Windows Defender is now MALWARE. o.O

*Most if not all Registry Keys are now stuck in a "clone, move permission to new, degrade old to corrupt" cycle giving me a reg list full of crap, millions of entries long.

Etc etc... Theres plenty more but you get the idea... all thanks to a little scirpt with the latest update starting:

Administrative privileged user logged on.
    Parsing template C:\WINDOWS\inf\dwup.inf.
----Configuration engine was initialized successfully.----

----Reading Configuration Template info...


----Configure User Rights...
        SeImpersonatePrivilege must be assigned to administrators. This setting is adjusted.
        SeImpersonatePrivilege must be assigned to SERVICE. This setting is adjusted.
    Configure S-1-5-19.
    Configure S-1-5-20.
    Configure S-1-5-21-1657974648-362703328-307624360-1001.
    Configure S-1-5-32-544.
    Configure S-1-5-32-551.
    Configure S-1-5-32-559.
    Configure S-1-1-0.
    Configure S-1-5-32-545.
    Configure S-1-5-32-581.
    Configure S-1-5-90-0.
    Configure S-1-5-6.
    Configure S-1-5-32-555.
    Configure S-1-5-80-0.
    Configure S-1-5-80-3139157870-2983391045-3678747466-658725712-1809340420.

    User Rights configuration was completed successfully.

    Group Membership configuration was completed successfully.


----Configure 64-bit Registry Keys...


****Now comes the fun part... anyone got any ideas for a fix?? lol****

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan again:

  • Download FRST by Farbar from the following link if you no longer have it available and save it to your destop.

    FRST Download Link

  • When you go to the above page, there will be 32-bit and 64-bit downloads available. Please click on the appropriate one for your version of Windows. If you are unsure as to whether your Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit, please see this tutorial.
  • Double click on the FRST icon and allow it to run.
  • Agree to the usage agreement and FRST will open. Do not make any changes and click on the Scan button.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Post the new logs as explained in the prep guide.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
