I have a computer running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. After log on the computer will lock up tight! After power off I start in safe mode and check event viewer.  There are 56 of these same error codes. Everything works fine in Safe Mode. I have tried a selective start up but still locks up.

Well...do you have the ComboFix log?

If so, I would urge you to post it as a new topic in the Malware Removal Logs forum.

If not, then I will move this topic to the Am I Infected forum for a check by the more knowledgeable.

  • The contents of the log file may be confusing. Unless you see a program name that you know should not be removed, don't worry about it. If you see an entry you want to keep, let me know about it.

  • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
  • Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.
