Runs slow, error, screen fades

Help this is what I'm going thru. It has been wiped factory clean, 2012-'13, then later still not right, I didn't use it again till '15 still run slow, internal error wood show up or u would havta wait a Long time for it to do what u want. In June'15 she gotta tune up seems all I do is spend money on her. I wanna play with it, not keep her in a carry case.

You have not tell us what kind of errors messages Windows displays.

What do you mean she got a tune up?

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
