I am having a problem on a computer that has other languages installed one of them being Korean. In the address bar the backslash is represented as a "W" with a line through it. Because of this a certain program is not running. I have disabled all the other languages through the "Region and Language Settings" but it still shows backslashes with the "W".

Anybody know how to get rid of that behavior?
