I`m trying to reduce the disk space on my exchange server by archiving old emails on .PST files.

The problem I face is the  people using shared email boxes as Support, sales and etc.

When I create the .PST files they are accessible only from one person at the time.

Was wondering if there is some solution different than creating .PST for each user individually as the .PST file is over 20GB.

I`m using Exchange 2010 and Microsoft Office 2010.

Many thanks,
