While I am not sure what the problem is, nor can I quickly find out what Windows Evolution 8 is supposed to do, there are four folders showing in you screenshot. I suggest you double click on these to see if you can find a file called install or setup .exe or .ini . I would try Sources or Support first, but you need to find the actual installer file.

Well , I had to turn on something with virtual machine in boot area (It was disabled earlier)

and then it working , tho i uninstalled virtual machine as it was lagging as hell .
