Before I do all the mentioned above I have to inform You that I have a provider-locked router siemens-gigaset-sx763 that is for itself very weak due to the fact it often disconnects internet and it had a weak default password protection.I have changed that password but from the already infected machine so maybe it is useless. The provider have reset the firmware but a smartphone got infected immediately after connected to it.The only possibility is the boot system of the router...........But my brother has a smartphone that is fully functional although it connects too...I can't tell You if he would get infection if connecting to routers settings page 192.168.1.1 but it would be stupid to try to connect after all.

Performance still the same!

I didn't mention that also:

-delay while moving through tabs of ff

-email client fairly unresponsive

-windows of programs suddenly disappear then reappear

-info-boxes of programs(e.g. FF) that tell they are not responding also use to not respond!

There might not be any problems in running the Windows Defender in windows 10 with your Avira security program.
If you find that your browsing is slow I would disable Avira and check the result.

Let see what we can find.

Please download and run the following tool to help allow other programs to run. (courtesy of BleepingComputer.com)
There are 3 different versions. If one of them won't run then download and try to run the other one.
Vista and Win7 users need to right click and choose Run as Admin
You only need to get one of them to run, not all of them.

rkill.exe
rkill.com
rkill.scr

It is possible that the infection you are trying to remove will not allow you to download files on the infected computer. If this is the case, then you will need to download the files requested on another computer and then transfer them to the desktop of the infected computer. You can transfer the files via a CD/DVD, external drive, or USB flash drive.

When completed it will create a log. Please post the content on your next reply.
