Hi. I installed Windows 10 recently and afterwards decided to reset the pc to factory settings. It wiped the harddrive and almost finished installing Windows 10 going to a setup screen to choose settings to complete the installation but no mouse cursor or keyboard. Neither is working and i can't finish the installation and can't get into windows. I tried using a different mouse and keyboard which didn't work. Maybe the usb sockets aren't installed. Can you please help at all ?
