I upgraded windows 7 to windows 10

I had a BSOD with the message: for more info look online: BAD POOL CALLER.

I had the impression the crash is caused by an application gns3 (for cisco simulation) that hangs(not responding) when I load an Original windows 7 project.I closed the application.

I followed the BSOD posting instructions and added the 2 zip files.

Can someone tell me whats the real cause of the BSOD?

In fact I have already had 2 BSOD's before but the BSOD I talk about is of 15012016

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F.29) dates from 2011.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Only 4 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.

3 different memory dumps - could be the start of a lack of a pattern that indicates hardware/compatibility/low-level driver issues.

Start by looking below at the older drivers,  Use the links to determine what programs they belong to.

Uninstall the one's that you can, and update those that you can't to W10 compatible versions

Start with VNC, Intel Management Engine, your networking drivers (both wired and wireless, if so equipped), your touchpad drivers, and any of the programs that are older that you added to the system.

Be sure to check with the HP Support Assistant for updates also.
