Your UEFI/BIOS (version A17) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a recent update.

Only 4 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.

F: drive only has about 6% free space.  Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance.  Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

Other things to try:

- update wireless, video, and USB 3.0 drivers

- uninstall Norton to see if that helps (use Windows Defender while testing),  You can easily reinstall a fresh copy of Norton after we're done troubleshooting.

- disconnect USB devices to see if that helps stop the BSOD's

Often a BSOD won't recur, if that's the case here then there's nothing to worry about.

Should the BSOD recur, please do these 2 things (and let us know the results):
1)  Hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

2)  run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Thanks for your detailed analysis and help.. I checked the manufacturers website and all my drivers including the BIOS are up-to-date with the latest version available..

Also, I checked Windows update and it says all the updates are installed.. Also, Uninstalled Norton ..  As far as free space in concerned , does Windows need that certain amount of free space on each drive? Coz only F: drive is running out of space now..

I'm just not able to understand as to why that BSOD occured.? Any way you were able to figure out a specific reason ( a driver or something ) responsible for that BSOD?

Click on the DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL (c5) link for a more detailed explanation.

Fixing BSOD's for users is a bit different from fixing a driver/program by a developer.

We look to find a problem with a program or a driver - and then replace it with a newer/fresher version

And, in the case of driver problems, that usually fixes the error.

The developers actually look to find the exact instruction that caused the error - and try to see if the driver that the instruction came from was faulty.
If so, they fix the driver.  If not, then they have to look around to find the cause.

I don't know the composition of your system, so (to be safe) I'd suggest freeing up at least 10% free space on the F: drive (maybe move some of it to a less crowded drive?)

Hi,

So I cleaned up my drives a bit I faced 2 more BSOD's after this.

One -  driver power state failure (On 19th Jan). After this BSOD I replaced my RAM with a faster 16 GB kit from Kingston.

Then today evening I faced another BSOD BAD_POOL_HEADER ..

I don't know what is causing these frequent BSOD's

Here are the minidumps for all the 3 BSOD's :-

Your GEForce Experience is reporting problems.

Please uninstall it (temporarily) until we've finished troubleshooting.

Why did you replace your RAM?  Often something that you've noticed will lead us to a solution.  More BSOD's are fixed by the owners than by BSOD analysts.

These memory dumps are inconclusive as were the others.

As such, it's likely a hardware/compatibility/low-level driver issue.

The most common repeating driver in the memory dumps are related to your Norton protection.

Please uninstall your Norton protection, then use the free Norton Removal Tool to remove any remnants:  https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/kb20080710133834EN_EndUserProfile_en_us

While testing, please be sure that Windows Defender is enabled along with the Windows firewall.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
