Title says it all. I've tried revert back to the last update and everything short of formatting my pc. Malware bytes came up clean. Rkill did find some things under Windows service integrity. Missing services and incorrect image paths.

I hope we are allowed to post videos here I had to take it with my cellphone because the pop up happens so frequently I can't do anything on my pc.

Please help! :/

Edit: I've notices when I start up a game and it goes full screen it seems to stop for a while. It sometimes effects the game but not everytime.

And I don't even used skype or have even opened it it's now uninstalled to attempt to fix the issue but nothing changed.

Have you tried an uninstaller like Revo or CCleaner?

Checked the Startup Items in Task Manager?

Actually, my concern here isn't really with Skype, but rather as to what's trying to open Skype (and it's not capitalized in the popup).

That suggests (to me) that there might be malware involved.
