I recently tried to upgrade my MEGA account through a hosting company they recommended.
They took my money then refused to supply the service as:
"Our automated fraud screening software noted a discrepancy between your billing address and the IP address location. Could you please advise us why the distance is so great?"
I have gone through one verification process but they want a scan of my credit card as well which I'm not prepared to do.
I've asked for my money back and complained to MEGA but still want to make a further complaint.
It's a UK company.
MEGA agreed that they should not have accepted payment before asking for the verification process.
I mean... they have my money, where's the service/product????
