I have tried some support help from this post prior to here and was sent by Aura to seek help from this forum topic http://bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/601717/dns-probe-2 here are my FRST scan report please help me in this issue.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

Restart the computer normally to reset the registry.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double-click mbam-setup-2.X.X.XXXX.exe to install the application (X's are the current version number).
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • Once MBAM opens, when it says Your databases are out of date, click the Fix Now button.
  • Click the Settings tab at the top, and then in the left column, select Detections and Protections, and if not already checked place a checkmark in the selection box for Scan for rootkits.
  • Click the Scan tab at the top of the program window, select Threat Scan and click the Scan Now button.
  • If you receive a message that updates are available, click the Update Now button (the update will be downloaded, installed, and the scan will start).
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • If potential threats are detected, ensure that Quarantine is selected as the Action for all the listed items, and click the Apply Actions button.
  • While still on the Scan tab, click the link for View detailed log, and in the window that opens click the Export button, select Text file (*.txt), and save the log to your Desktop.
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can also be viewed by clicking the History tab and then selecting Application Logs.
POST THE LOG FOR MY REVIEW.

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your Desktop.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click the Scan button and wait for the process to complete.
  • Click the LogFile button and the report will open in Notepad.
IMPORTANT
  • If you click the Clean button all items listed in the report will be removed.
If you find some false positive items or programs that you wish to keep, Close the AdwCleaner windows.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click the Scan button and wait for the process to complete.
  • Check off the element(s) you wish to keep.
  • Click on the Clean button follow the prompts.
  • A log file will automatically open after the scan has finished.
  • Please post the content of that log file with your next answer.
  • You can find the log file at C:\AdwCleanerCx.txt (x is a number).

Reset Chrome...
Open Google Chrome, click on menu icon google-chrome-setting-icon.png which is located right side top of the google chrome.
 
Click "Settings" then "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the screen.
 
Click "Reset browser settings" button.
 
Clear your cache and cookies

The problem still exists on my google chrome browser and all apps still can't connect to their servers below are the logs you have asked for, the error message displayed on the google chrome browser is DNS_Probe_Finished_NXDOMAIN

If the problem persists run this tool


You will need to temporarily disable your AV program so it does not interfere.

When the download appears, save to the Desktop.
On the Desktop, right-click the Zoek.exe file and select: Run as Administrator
(Give it a few seconds to appear.)

Click the Options in bold the following options are available to you.
Select only the check boxes for the options in bold.

Do a Quick Scan

Now...
Close any open Browsers.
Click the Run script button, and wait. It takes a few minutes to run all the script.

When the tool finishes, the zoek-results.log is opened in Notepad.
The log is also found on the systemdrive, normally C:\
If a reboot is needed, the log is opened after the reboot.

Please attach the zoek-results.log in your reply. It's probably too long to post.

How to:
In the Reply section in the bottom of the topic Click the "more reply Options" button.

Please run the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. Enter dnsapi.dll in the Search Box and hit the File Search button.
Post the content of the Search.txt in your next reply.

Since your problems occurs in Chrome we will remove it completely and reinstall the Browser.

Backup Chrome Bookmarks
How to Export Bookmarks from Chrome: 8 Steps (with Pictures)

NEXT - Open Chrome

Open your Google Dashboard. https://www.google.com/settings/dashboard
Make sure you are signed in to your Google Account.
Click Stop and Clear to stop syncing and clear all of your synced data.
Click OK.

NEXT – Uninstall Chrome completely

Now delete the profile folder as well:

(type %appdata% into the search box to open the folder)

C:\Users\“User Name”\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default << right click and delete all the contents of this folder

Note: “AppData” is a hidden folder, so you will need to show hidden files and folders.

Now re-install Chrome and let me know how it goes.

the problem is I won't be able to reinstall it for it fails anything that has to do with downloading or game servers doesn't connect I can't even stream due to this

Check mark the following boxes:
  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP Configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size
  • List Devices (problems only)
  • List Minidump Files
  • List Restore Points
  • Click Go and copy/paste the log (Result.txt) into your next post.
  • Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.
