Hi, this is my first post, having some trouble with installing iTunes, I have a 4yr old Dell Xps Laptop and it was originally windows 7 but have upgraded to 10. The purchase of a new iphone 6s has forced my to update itunes, the laptop wouldnt do this on windows 7 as it would process important updates and used to fail to carry them out upon restarting the computer, so on the plus side thats now fixed as far as im aware.

I have tried numerous times to uninstall and re-install with no avail. Followed all sorts on the internet and feeling somewhat defeated and thinking about buying a new laptop. The problem is similar to the one is this post...

it comes up with a load of numbers a letters saying there is a problem with access to the registry??

I Think iTunes is currently installed but now getting this is i try to open it..

Any help is greatly appreciated
