Why Is @#$%@# Thing Doing This?

I'm trying to open this e-mail that has an attqchment that ends with ".pdf" it doesn't matter if I try to open it or save it, I get this message that says "Invalid menu handle" Soooo what's a menu handle and why is mine invalid?

It means its not in the correct place to be opened. Try using adobe reader, microsoft word, or paint, or if you have any kind of photo software try opening it there.

the thing is that the file is a document with some company logos on it about 7 or 8 pages long. i dont really know because i still cant get it to download completely without it putting up the invalid menu handle message

What program is trying to open it?
Is it your browser or Adobe or ?

A pdf should be opened by Adobe Reader. If you do not have it, or have an old version, remove it using add/remove programs and then download the current version here:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
