windows cannot find .exe programs?

hello 
this week i'v been encountering an issue 
i'm on windows 10 
sooo what happened is /
i wanted to uninstall razer cortex
but what happened is 
windows gave me an error saying : windows cannot find C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Cortex/unins000.exe make sure you typed the name correctly, then try again 
is there any way to fix this problem because i want to reinstall the program
as there is other programs the doesn't work becuz of the same error like : log me in hamachi 
plez halp

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Let me have a malware specialist take a look over here.

Did you try uninstalling the program from "Programs & Features"?

 

Type appwiz.cpl in the search box an press Enter.
