No problem on the Forums page but the main page is text with no images. Cleaned out Chrome cache and cookies. Still have the problem. I will see if firefox has the issue on my other computer. 

 

Edit: Chrome on the other computer has no problem so I will have to investigate further.

It's like if the CSS wasn't loaded, right? Right-click on the page and select Inspect Element. From there, look up the error section, is the connection to bleepstatic.com refused or else?

This computer has Adguard for an extension. Turning it off solves the problem.

You can whitelist BleepingComputer in AdGuard if you ask me. As long as you are signed in, there will be no ads :P
