Where did you down load that from?  Unless it came from microsoft it may not be the real deal.

As Rocky asked what logo are you referring to, where?

Don't know if this will help but your sleep option should show when you click the start button. At least it has on every OS that I've used.Sorry, should have explained it better. When you click the start button you should see the shutdown tab, click on the arrow and you should see other options, sleep being one of them.

In win 10 left click on the window icon fartest to the left. This will bring up the start menu at the bottom is a power icon and a settings icon.

Clicking on power you will get a pop up with sleep; shut down and restart. In settings there is a place to control what happens with the display, power and a few others

Go to Start and type in "powercfg.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter when powercfg.cpl shows in the search box

In the left side-bar, click on "Choose what the power button does"

In the window that opens, scroll down and you'll see the options to enable Sleep, Hibernate, and other options.

Click on the one's that you want to enable and then click on "Save changes" in the lower left corner.

If the options are greyed out, go to the top of that page and there should be a link that says "Change settings that are currently unavailale"

Click on that to enable the changes, then follow the previously listed steps to enable Sleep, Hibernate, etc.

Good luck!

Try this, then try the powercfg.cpl thing again after rebooting:

Please run the following DISM commands to see if there's any problems with the system (from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt).  Press Enter after each one:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

FYI - I have repaired systems using the last command even though problems weren't found with the first 2 - so I suggest running them all.

From this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh824869.aspx

You can also run sfc.exe /scannow from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt to check for further corruption.

If that doesn't work, then try a Reset using the Keep My Files option.

Go to Start...Settings...Update & Security...Recovery...Reset this PC...press the Get Started button, and then select the Keep My Files option.

Open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type it in there.

You can right click in the very lower left corner of the screen to bring up the Power Users menu, then select "Command Prompt (Admin)"
