HELP! Got red vertical

When i put a pendrive a red vertical line appeared on he left limit of the pendrives window. Tried disconnecting hdmi cable and connecting again. Also tried to resore system.
Monitor samsung led 19inches
OS windows 10 pro
Mobo asus h97m-e
Cpu intel core i7 4790
Ram 2x 4g kingston fury hyper

BC AdBot (Login to Remove)

Could that be an indicator from the drive?

What's on the drive? How is it formatted?
