Title says it all, But know that I want to overclock later to keep up.

Cpu: I5 4690k
Gpu: Gtx 970 g1 gaming windforce
Psu : Corsair VS Series VS550M

Ik the base clock speed of the cpu is 3.4 and boosts to 3.9 so if im going to overclock it wouldn't go over 4.4 or 4.5 max.

Thanks in advance. :)

They seem evenly matched in features, but the asrock is cheaper and is availible right now...

Asrock is a decent brand these days

Well if you may tell me whats better in the ASrock one cause in my country the z87 g1 sniper is like 1100 pounds and the ASrock one about 1750-1850 pounds sooo..why should I go for the other one? The most important thing that im looking for is a good mobo for OCing in general.

Well if the sniper is cheaper where you are from then go for it.

Both motherboards are more than capable.

No prob.

choosing parts for your first build can be intimidating I know as I did it myself once :D

But once you get the parts down its all smooth sailing.
