My Superantispyware is not shown in programs list and I need to reinstall.  Not sure exactly how to completely remove the damaged program prior to reinstallation.  Thanks.

Hi:

Standard removal instructions are here, including links to the removal tool:

http://www.superantispyware.com/supportfaqdisplay.html?faq=47

Sometimes, it helps to boot into Windows Safe Mode to run these sorts of removal tools.

You don't mention your Windows flavor, but since the mod team moved your post from the Win10 section I assume it's Win10.

The removal instructions do NOT specifically mention Win10 or compatibility of the removal tool with that version of Windows.

So, we'll probably need to wait for someone running Win10 to confirm that it works.

(If all else fails, they do have a forum, but it's rather low-traffic. You're probably more likely to get a definitive answer here at bleeping.)

Hope this helps,

MM

You can just reinstall SUPERAntiSpyware over the existing version...that generally corrects most problems.

If the reinstall over the existing version does not resolve the problem...then contact support and ask if the SUPERAntiSpyware Uninstaller Assistant works with Windows 10.
