I am using a window 7 desktop and I cannot open My Computer, Windows Explorer. I have tried to use malwarebytez however when I clicked scan, it stopped responding.

I have also tried sfc /scannow which gave me Windows Resource Protection cannot perform the requested operation.

I also cannot install or uninstall any of my programs.

When I try to install, I get " .exe is not a valid Win 32 application"

When I try to uninstall something, I get different things. For example, some NSIS problem or "Extract: error writing to file"

Please confirm this one way or the other so we can move on to the next step.
