Tap F8 at boot and select Disable Autorestart on System Failure. Hopefully the next time it will throw a BSOD you can diagnose. Also check your Event Viewer for any problems.

Disable Autorestart on System Failure did not solve the problem and I don't know which log in Event viewer to view or what to look for? Also, I noticed the the vga port on the back as been pressed in on one side, could this be a graphics hardware problem?

That's possible especially if this the the VGA port of an integrated chipset on the motherboard. In Event Viewer look under the System section for any errors.

This is strange, Looked at the system log, there are many errors but then the system kep shutting down and restarting repeatedly on it's own. I chose safe mode and no restarting, even when I shut down from safe mode I had to use the power button to startup the pc again, I did this 2x so the problem apparently doesn't exist in safe mode.

Wait a minute, since no problem in safe mode does this mean would not make sense to buy a PCI graphics card, right?

If you do not get the problem in safe mode you can do a Clean Boot and then start adding the startup items ans non-microsoft services to determine what is causing the auto shutdowns. It also looks like the Server service is not starting. Make sure that is set to automatic.

Have you done a sfc /scannow on the computer?

Setting the Server service to automatic and clean boot won't work once I get out of safe mode will it since I can't get into windows in normal mode?
