I suspect that my husband flirts with other girls. Is it legal to spy on his mobile phone?

Well that would depend on where you live and how you spy. Installing some spying software on his phone for example could be a criminal offence.

Is it legal if I use spying software on my 14 year old son's cell phone? I use iKeyMonitor, and it is said that it is legal to monitor children on its website.
