I recently received a dell inspiron 15 i5558-5718SLV for Christmas. it worked fine for the first day I used it but after that it will constantly try to start and ill hear the disk drive like it is trying to load something but there is nothing inside. and if I'm lucky it will start but after 15-20 minutes it randomly cuts off and tries to reboot only to fail. Has anyone else had this kind of problem, if so is there any solution to fix this any answer would be appreciated.

Contact Dell Support, as provided by the terms of the system warranty.
