Do you have a space PC? (I am guessing you do) and do you have a usb pen drive?

Because if you do you are in luck.

Also is your data backed up on your machine?

do you have external hard drives?

Not a problem, I am used to panic posts.

Anyhow firstly I must ask what area of the world are you from?

You dont have to give me your home address but if you give me what nation you are from I can help you in buying a thumb drive and we can start from there.

Nope, it was just a formality on my part.

Anyhow if you have a bust buy nearby you can get a thumb drive for around $8, if you have no idea what they look like and the salespeople are buisy:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB_flash_drive

They are usually located in the computer section.

If you do the downgrade on your own and you are okay with having to get your data recovered on your own then this is the cheap option.

Its always good to have a thumb drive around for recovery purposes.

Luckily reinstalling windows is easy, you should not have too much issue reinstalling it.

What is the make and model of your PC?

PC in this case stands for personal computer so you know

I have a hp envy i5 Intel core processor and I have some thumb drives I use to hold powerpoints for school but I can't get back to my desktop or anything I am stuck on the blue recovery screen with that error after I already tried to go back to 8.1

The thing I didn't understand about the USB ports was the use of the word pen in your original post
