Outlook 2013 Across 3 Machines

I have a small network of three pcs all running office 2013.  I use an identical account on each one and want to know if there is any way I can make the action on one be mimicked by the others i.e. If I read an email on one machine can I get it to show that it has been read when I access the mail account on one of the other machines?
