Hi to BleepingComputer
my question is : does it mean that my Windows crash or have a viruses ?
No it means that you need to let chkdsk run till the end to see if it can fix the errors.

FWIW: The 5-stage chkdsk /r...is probably much better suited for a more complete check/repair scenario...than the 3-stage checkdisk which is prompted by known problems automatically within Windows.
