on start of my chkdsk problems

CHKDSK is verifying files
(stage 1 of 3) ...errors on
laptop hard disk.
A disk check has been scheduled. Windows will
now check the disk.
CHKDSK is verifying files (stage 1 of 3) ... File
record segment 28112 is unreadable.
File record segment 28113 is unreadable.
File record segment 28114 is unreadable.
File record segment 28115 is unreadable.
............... and so on...
2 percent complete. (28129 of 96256 file
records processed)
my question is : does it mean that my Windows crash or have a viruses ?

No it means that you need to let chkdsk run till the end to see if it can fix the errors.

FWIW:  The 5-stage chkdsk /r...is probably much better suited for a more complete check/repair scenario...than the 3-stage checkdisk which is prompted by known problems automatically within Windows.

but it stop at the following points "file.record segment 137278 of 264960 is unreadable" and does not run anymore
