Hi a client has no wifi today, they rang the ISP and were told the wifi is disabled in the sonicwall, how can i fix this i have the login info for sonicwall but dunno what im doing too get it back

Can you tell me what type of SonicWall device it is (e.g. Router, SSLVPN, Switch)?
