For about two weeks my laptop has unexpectedly shut down (without BSOD) when I try to do things like watch videos. I suspect that it's a heating issue, but I'm not sure how to resolve it. So far I’ve tried cleaning dust from the fan and removed the old battery, so I’ve been using it as a desktop. This helped a bit, but hasn't solved the problem.
I’ve had my laptop since April 2012, here are the specs:
Toshiba Qosmio F60
Windows 7 Home Pentium 64-bit
Intel Core i5 CPU M480 @ 2.67 GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7 GHz
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M
Toshiba MK7559GSXP hard drive
I ran HWMonitor while watching videos for about an hour. The attached log is maybe a couple minutes before my laptop crashed again.
