Hi guys

I was wondering if there is someway to make arrow keys apply a continuous scroll each time I hold/leave an arrow key.

Okey it's complicated but i will try as hard as i can to explain my issue, btw sorry for my bad english.
the point is that I work in an animation software, and i need to go back and forth on my drawn frames "on a timeline" (play it then reverse it) several times .
and what happens when I hold the right arrow key it applies a continuous scrolling (normal playing) "great", then when i want to reverse it i hold the left key *while holding the right key*, Great it reverses, now I'm holding the right and left arrows and the input comes from just the left key, but when i leave the left key "still while holding the right key", nothing responds :\.

what i want is when i leave the left key, the right key start its continuous scrolling. so i will be just holding the right arrow key while taping the left key whenever i want to scroll back, and when i leave the left key the scroll goes with the right key.

so it there any adjustments or software to make this happen ? i had searched for this issue but found nothing similar, and i tried to look in the Ease and access for keyboard input but found no solution, so please help Mey :"O

by the way i have tried to apply this "dream" on my browser but it is not working, so the problem is not in the animation software and if i can do it on the browser i believe that it will work with the animation software.

my windows version is windows 7 premium 64bit

Hp laptop pavilion dv6

this is the very first time posting my computer issues online so please make it feels useful :)
thanks in advance.
