So a few days ago I saw photo with a crease effect. I tried to make it but I failed so I wonder how to do it. Anyone one who knows?

HelloMiki,

Welcome to Bleeping Computer.

I asked and got a couple of ideas from the Paint.net forum and found that by duplicating the pic and adding it to another layer then rotating that layer then adjusting the perspective quickly takes the pic in that direction.
