Hello,

i have build myself a new computer with following parts a day ago:

-GTX 980

-i7 6700

-Z170 pro gaming

-2x 8gb HyperX Fury DDR4-2666 MHz

i was already playing high demand games and ran some benchmark to test out my system, everthing worked fine. But tonight i was just watching a stream doing nothing and got a bluescreen with the "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" error. Since that moment i cannot start windows not even in safe mode. Right after windows starts loading i get a bluescreen with a random error, mostly some memory errors.

I removed everthing exept the CPU, RAM and my SSD with Windows from the mainboard. Right now i`m going to let Memtest86 run through the night to check if the RAM is broken but so far no errors.

I have totally no idea whats wrong hopefully someone here can help me.

And happy new year to everone!

Sorry for the delay in responding - family problems kept me away :(

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

Should you have problems with the perfmon report, please disregard it (I don't use it very much anyway).

Should the app lock up for more than 15 minutes while searching for Network information (it does this in my copy of W10), go ahead and kill the app.
Then navigate to the Documents folder and zip up the 18 reports in the SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder - then upload that with your next post.

If that doesn't work, then you can try this new app (from a friend of mine):  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

Hello usasma,

I would do that but i cant boot, directly after the bios is done loading i get a bluescreen. I even tried booting from a live UNIX but as soon as it starts loading a kernel it crashes. I am at the point where i think i am just replacing the hardware.

But thank you for your reply.

Yes, it does seem like a hardware problem.

Try these free, bootable diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html

Also, try removing the hard drive and then booting from the live UNIX disk to see if that works.
