As my computer was rebooting from me uninstalling my printer I accidentally shut the power off on the power strip cord. When it boots it stops at the black screen with slave disk and master disk is disabled, I was able to go in and enable those but it still won't go past this screen. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas what could be the problem?

I would suggest these free, bootable diagnostics for starters:  http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html
