You don't see the "Startup" folder anymore under the Start Menu (I don't at least), but the folder still exists:
C:\Users\$USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
You can copy/paste shortcuts of the programs you want to launch on session opening there.

sportman12,

What is "this one program"?  Without that information it's hard to formulate ideas.

This program?

Are you sure it's not starting already on boot? It looks like a program that have a service that is being launched on startup if you ask me.

Please read the FAQs for your Mailwasher Pro.  If it can be forced not to startup with Windows you can use the same technique to reverse the process if, somehow, it was accidentally not setup in the usual way.

If you follow the instructions in Brian's link (but leave Launch when Windows starts) selected, MailWasher Pro will launch on startup.
