Flash Player Problems

When ever i go to walch a video on youtube.com it says i have a outdated version of flash player but when i go to download flash player it says i have version 9.0.16

Try installing Visual Basic 6 runtime first - then go back to the Shockwave site and install Shockwave. If you don't see the animation shortly after the install, it isn't working. You can check out this page and notice that older versions of Shockwave can be damaged and need to be removed before installing the new one. You only need the VB6 runtime, not all four of them.
