Also, is it safe or smart to run registry cleaners

Depending on the registery cleaner you use. Some registrey cleaners are full of nothing but malware ans spyware :inlove: Some registery cleaners like error guard are bad but some reg cleaners like registrey mechanic are good. But before you use them you have to know what your doing or you can mess up your computer ( i learned that a while ago). USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! :thumbsup: :flowers: :trumpet: :cool: :)

class ID (CLSID)

A universally unique identifier (UUID) that identifies a COM component. Each COM component has its CLSID in the Windows Registry so that it can be loaded by other applications.

Unless you know exactly what your're doing - don't!

If you have a malware problem tell us what's happening so we can advise you.

Get the free program BHOList from Merjin ( http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/ ) and research the CLSID.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
