How could I enable my security IP Camera or DVR on a wan connection step by step ? And how could I get IPs to configure the routers or to use the IPs to watch the security IP camera ,DVR on the WAN ?

Note .....  I'd like to do it my self !!

This would be covered in the DVR manual as well as the ip camera documentation.

 

You may want to go over to portforward.com and read some of their tutorials so you have a better idea on how to set this up.
