JDK DNS server not authoratative?

Hey folks! I've been trying to get the Java Development Kit to work. I downloaded, added the Path, went to CMD, punched it javec, but all I get back is DNS server not authoratative for zone... Anyone know what's up?

Try run an sfc /scannow as it might be happening due to a corrupt system file.

I've ran that multiple times.. Nothing came up.. I did notice chkdsk giving me some trouble, though... Did a full deep malware scan as well, clean.. Not too sure what's going on.
