I used to have a program that would allow me a simple notepad-looking GUI, the ability to code a form of script in easy c# or something of the sort, and run that script. It had the ability to get the mouse position, set it, and click either button; could set the active window, could type things, could loop the exact or infinite amount of times, etc. Pretty much anything a user could do, it could just as well.

What I need is either a link or the name of the program I'm trying to remember since it was really useful for doing repetitive things for me.

I've got an application like that on my work machine... I'll be darned if I can remember what it's called now.

If you don't have an answer by the time I go back from holidays I'll let you know.

Notepad++ my guess

No, i've tried notepad++, and deleted it before this program.

I really wish i had some form of screenshot of the program, either accidental or purposeful so i wouldn't need to look like a bumbling fool.

After a VERY long time of searching, I finally found a backup of one of my old drives and this program stood out.

It was called ACTool.

It can be downloaded from http://www.actool.net as well :D

It was for a game called Asheron's Call, but could be adapted for things outside of it.

I'll have to take a look at that ACTool. Sounds like something I might need to add to my tool-chest. I have personally been using an application called Programmer's File Editor, which does a bit of what you seemed to be looking for. One of my favorite things about PFE is it allows me to record actions (keystrokes and menu selections) then play them back with the press of a function key.

If you didn't get the answer you wanted to hear,

you were probably asking the wrong question.
