Explorer.exe constanty restarting, and it stops at times for a moment, but it keeps happening and it makes it hard to type. I typed this in one of these breaks. I just performed a HDD to SSD hard drive conversion with EaseUS Partition Master, please respond soon.

Tried disabling the repair services, no. Doing an sfc scan. I do have a windows repair disk.

Fixed it by reinstalling windows. Rip my files.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
