Hi

Have you installed any drivers/hardware recently??

Mind showing me your startup program list?

You may also choose to use CMD to run the following command in Safe Mode with networking.

sfc /scannow

chkdsk /f

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth (if the image is repairable please use this Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Thanks.
