Hello, i have a laptop packard bell windows 7...so I got a virus...the same virus like first time and I solved it with f10+alt and I reinstall the windows, that was easy( I have to say that was the only solution because safe mode blocks at classpnp and the other things didn't work) but now when I press f10+alt it shows me a command, I press enter and then appears the windows logo and after 5 min its a black screen withn the cursor...I don't get it...I searched like 5-6 hours on Google today and I didn't resolve it, I'm sad. Maybe you know how to help me. Oh yeah, I forgot, first time the repair mode worked a little bit, but this time not...

What is the make and model of this computer.

What is the F10 + Alt suppose to do with this computer.  Access the Recovery Partition?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Download the ISO files onto a working pc - burn the ISO file to a DVD.
Boot the pc using the Anti-Virus DVD and let it scan your pc.
======
Once you are able to boot the pc to your desktop - you may need further help from one of our Malware Experts to check that your pc is clean

Here is the resolve.
Thank you anyways.
