Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-6600K 3.50GHz 6MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1151 (Skylake)
MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR4/2800MHz Dual Channel Memory (ADATA XPG Z1)
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE G1.Sniper Z170 SLI ATX w/ USB 3.1, 3 PCIe x16, 2
PCIe x1, 3 SATA Express, 6 SATA3, 1 Ultra M.2
OS: Windows 10 Home (64-bit Edition)
POWERSUPPLY: 750 Watts - EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G1 80 PLUS Gold Power Supply
VIDEO: AMD Radeon R9 390X 8GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card

I recently bought a PC from CyberPower PC and everything seems fine except for the graphics card. When I first connected it there were green bars and horizontal lines on the screen so I checked to see if it was seated properly but then after reconnecting it I would just get black screen (No Signal). Tried a clean install of drivers by booting into safe mode and using DDU by Guru3D to remove the AMD graphics drivers then rebooting and installing the drivers from the AMD website. It gets past the installer download (Catalyst and Crimson tried both) but as soon as it hits installing Display Driver it always hangs for a sec then BSOD, same thing when trying to install the windows update for r9 390 devices. Just incase I also ran memtest and got no errors. Is it possibly just a faulty graphics card?

Here's what I got from the dump file analysis.

The memory dump blames the ATI/AMD drivers, and the STOP 0x7E (0x0000007E) error is one of the one's that can be due to hardware (but can also be due to software or compatibility issues)

Start with these free diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Start with the video stress tests.

If the video stress tests fail, then you can presume a hardware problem

The final test is to try another video card

I'd either try to RMA the card with CyberPower - or purchase a card from a shop that accepts returns (for your money back) if the card isn't needed.

If this doesn't find the cause or find a fix, then please Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

Should you have problems with the perfmon report, please disregard it (I don't use it very much anyway).

Should the app lock up for more than 15 minutes while searching for Network information (it does this in my copy of W10), go ahead and kill the app.
Then navigate to the Documents folder and zip up the 18 reports in the SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder - then upload that with your next post.

If that doesn't work, then you can try this new app (from a friend of mine):  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

I can't perform those video stress test because I can't connect to the graphics card without getting a blackscreen, also before installing drivers it just shows up as Microsoft basic display adapter and upon trying to install anything I will just get constant BSOD.

Here is the information from the analysis. I am also currently running the Driver Verifier and waiting for all those BSOD dump files. Thanks for your reply!

Well, if unable to run the tests, then the only sure way to check for a hardware error is to try another card.

If you don't have one to try with, you may want to purchase one from a shop that will give you your money back if you return it because the card isn't needed.

Do you use a USB mouse and keyboard?  If so, it's safe to ignore the errors about the PS2 mouse and keyboard.

Only 2 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most systems have more.  Please double check to ensure that you have ALL available Windows Updates and aren't having troubles installing them.

Double check to ensure that you have the latest BIOS/UEFI for your system.

Your version is F3 and it dates from October of 2015.

I'm fairly confident that there is a problem with the video card.

And that the solution will be to try another card.

Good luck!

I do use a USB mouse and keyboard, I have all the current windows updates except for the two that install the AMD 390 drivers that cause a BSOD, the newest bios is a beta released on 12/23/15. Unfortunately I cannot buy another graphics card or borrow one at the time but, I will be sending the graphics card for an RMA tomorrow. Thanks a lot for all the help!
